Spruce Lodge is a one story lodge with kitchen, dining area, living room with a gas burning fireplace and cathedral ceiling, one bedroom with a king size bed and private bath and another bedroom with two double beds and a private bath. NON-SMOKING Click Here For Photos. THE LODGE SUITES (1,2 &3) have fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and porch that overlooks Pine Creek. Suite 1 has 2 double beds and 2 singles (max occupancy 6). SUITE 2 has 1 queen bed (max occupancy 2). SUITE 3 has 1 queen bed and 1 sleeper sofa (max occupancy 4). PLEASE NOTE: $15.00 per night for each additional guest over the base rate. Reservations Reservations are required and may be placed up to one year in advance. All rates are subject to 6% PA sales tax and a 3% Tioga County room rental excise tax. Reservations will be held 10 days pending receipt of $75.00 deposit. You may consider the reservation confirmed only after our receipt of your $75.00 deposit. The security deposit will be returned, by mail, after your departure if there is nothing missing from or damage done to the lodge. A rental lease will be mailed to you. The rental fee is due 30 days in advance of your stay. We accept personal checks, money orders or cash. Cancellations If a reservation is cancelled: 6 months or more prior to stay: All monies received will be refunded. 1 to 6 months prior to stay: The security deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to find a replacement for your leasing period. All other money will be refunded. Less than 30 days prior to stay: The balance is non-refundable unless we are able to find a replacement for your leasing period. Guest Responsibilities Please bring your own bath and bed linens. You are expected to leave the lodge in the condition in which you found it and are responsible for the cost of replacing any missing or broken furnishings. We expect all guests to be considerate of each other, the lodges and the environment. Rental Periods WEEKLY 3 Night Weekend: Friday to Monday 4 Night Mid-Week: Monday to Friday Policy No more than the stated maximum number of people may occupy the lodge. Quiet time is observed between the hours of 11:00pm and 8:00am. Pets are not permitted with the exception of the visually handicapped. We take privacy very seriously.
